When you request an AI Visibility Scan, we collect the contact and business details you provide so we can review your request, prepare the scan, and follow up with you.

We use inquiry information for that request and related Rightly Known follow-up. We retain it only as long as reasonably needed to provide those services, manage our relationship with you, or meet operational obligations.
